What should I do after I receive the lowest rate quote?
It is up to you to decide if you want to contact the lender or broker to actually apply for your loan. In our e-mail back to you, we will provide you with the lender or broker's complete name and address, as well as their e-mail address. Many of the brokers and lenders provide online applications for your convenience. It is up to you to decide how to contact the loan officer - by phone, e-mail, or online application.

Are the rates locked in?
The rates reported to you are only a quote based on the information that you provided. Your actual rate will depend on the verification of all the information that the lender or broker requests including, for example, your credit history, verification of employment, income, asset documentation, and clear title to the property. Lowest-Mortgage.net is not involved with your mortgage application. We only forward to you the lowest quote from the broker or lender.

How long is the quote good for?
Mortgage rates are always subject to change until such time as the rate is locked with the lender.
The amount of time your quoted rate is available will be determined by the lender or broker when you apply for the mortgage.
